LIFE COACHING
Coaching can support anyone seeking to make lasting change in their lives, jobs, relationships, and future success. We all have limiting beliefs we hold about ourselves that are skewed and inaccurate. Helping to identify and release negative and stuck patterns, as well as instilling more positive beliefs, are some first steps. Sometimes having someone help bring structure to the challenges we face can break down overwhelming situations into manageable ones. Sessions will include creating and tracking progress towards some personal goals.
INTUITIVE CONSULTING
Intuitive Sessions are best when at a crossroads or set of choices, and wanting to assess the benefits/risks of those options. A session first focuses on getting a client to express some clear values and priorities, and then discusses the various possible directions that are available. Practical problem-solving skills are also applied to the discussion, and intuitive guidance is given as well. This type of session can be applied to any area of life - job, relationships, relocating, major transitions such as marriage, divorce, having children, changing careers, entering or graduating college/grad school, and so on.
