Hypnosis offers a path to effectively create change and measurably increase success towards your goals.

Hypnosis is a scientifically verified technique used to create focused attention and a heightened ability to accept suggestions - a process that actively affects the body’s natural ability to adapt and accept change.  Hypnosis is a natural occurrence in the body - you are mostly likely unaware that you experience some kind of trance on a daily basis, sometimes just for a few moments.

 

A hypnotist is able to induce that natural state at a given time in the present moment, and use your own abilities to suggest the changes and differences that you want to create.   Specific techniques are used to bring you into different stages of consciousness, depending on the goals of the session.  Care is taken to create a safe and natural environment so that you feel comfortable, trusting, and able to relax. 

 

During the process, you will be relaxed but also alert.  Once your mind and body enter a deep state of relaxation, mental "chatter" and over-critical thinking can subside, bringing forth perception and suggestion.

One of the tools used in hypnosis is called NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programing.  NLP is a tool that can enhance your natural ablility to create more success and greater empowerment in your life. Because both conscious and subconscious behaviors are accessed in combination, powerful and rapid changes can be applied.
